Service Overview
GoldenMeadowWander offers a platform to order and purchase pizza, along with other related food products and beverages such as soda and lemonade. All products listed on our website are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are quoted in € and are subject to change.
Orders
When placing an order through goldenmeadowwander.sbs, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance by GoldenMeadowWander. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract of sale between you and GoldenMeadowWander will not take place unless and until you have received confirmation of your order.
Payment
Payment for all orders must be made by a valid payment method as indicated on our website. Payments are to be made in €. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit or debit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit or debit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
Delivery
Delivery of products will be made to the address specified by you at the time of order. Deliveries are made to 00184, Italy, Rome, 17 Pizza Lane and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates only and while we strive to ensure that your order reaches you within the delivery time estimated, we cannot guarantee that deliveries will be made within the estimated times.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
GoldenMeadowWander reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through goldenmeadowwander.sbs. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order within a reasonable time frame. If the order has not been prepared for shipment or delivery, you will receive a full refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
