'GoldenMeadowWander originated from a straightforward aspiration: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Bianchi kin established our pizza shop in 1985 as a quaint, family-managed locality, building on ancestral formulas passed down through the lineages.
The progenitor of 'GoldenMeadowWander', Marco Bianchi, honed the craft of pizza making throughout her Italian voyage, predominately gaining her knowledge from the maestros of pizza in Naples, the cradle of this culinary delight. Once back in the UK, her ambition was to replicate the essence of classic Italian pizza, adhering to time-tested methods and choosing only premium ingredients.
Starting with a humble establishment seating barely twelve customers, our pizzeria has now become an endearing fixture in the locale. Despite our growth, our dedication to excellence and authenticity hasn't changed. We still employ the traditional techniques of a wood-fired oven, prepare our dough fresh each day, and seek out the highest grade of ingredients available.
In the current day, 'GoldenMeadowWander' is still held and run by the Bianchi family, with the next generations at the helm of our fervent team. Even though modern tweaks have been incorporated, the core of our enterprise remains intact: we serve up delicious, genuine pizza that brings folks together.
