Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Orders can be cancelled without penalty up until the pizza has begun being prepared. While we aim to process cancellations immediately, if an order is already being made, it is considered final, and cannot be cancelled.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the pizza or lemonades received, you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement. Refund or replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order and will require a valid proof of purchase.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your card issuer's policies.
Defective or Damaged Products
In the case of defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately at +39 06 1234 5678 for a prompt replacement or refund. Photographic evidence of the defective or damaged item may be required to process your request.
Non-returnable Items
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for gift cards or any items purchased during a sale or with a discount code.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email as a formal request and send your item to: 17 Pizza Lane, Rome, 00184, Italy.
Shipping for Returns
For approved returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
